Upon placing your order, please allow up to 3 business days to have your order processed. Once processed, our team will pack and ship your products as soon as possible. From then on, your order will go under the specifications of our shipping arrangements. If you want more information about the status of your order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We don’t offer a live tracking solution at the present time.
Our warehouses are located in different points across the world and thus the shipping times for each product may vary. It will also vary depending on where you are located. The average shipping time takes 1 to 2 weeks inside the USA and 3 to 4 weeks for international orders. For more specific information, please review our shipping arrangements.
In very rare cases, the package of your order may go missing. If the problem is on our behalf, at any step from processing to shipping, we will offer you to either resend the products or issue a full refund. If the package was lost or stolen after arrival to it’s destination, we unfortunately can’t be held responsible.
If the product is damaged or defective, we will offer you to either resend a new one or issue a full refund. However, this won’t be the case for clothing that doesn’t fit. We ask you to please review our sizing charts on each product before ordering.

Your credit card and / or PayPal information won’t be stored on our systems; it’s used once during purchase and then erased.
